My buddy and I took a month of work recently and rented an apartment just outside Shibuya, in Ebisu, and man did we have the time of our life! You cannot imagine all there is to do over there, and let me tell you, the parties never stop. If you have the means, I highly recommend Tokyo. I was only 23 the first time I ever went, my buddy 21, and we keep going back!
